Where to find your tracking number
It's in your shipping confirmation email, sent the moment your order leaves our warehouse — check spam or promotions if you can't see it. It's also on your order in your account.
Tracking not moving yet? Carriers can take up to 24 hours to show the first scan after a label is created. That's normal and your order is on its way.
