Do my past orders count?
Yes — every order you've placed with your account has been earning points, and those points are still in your balance. Tier status works differently: it's based on the points you earn within the current calendar year.
How do the tiers work?
Your tier is set by the points you earn in a calendar year, from January 1 to December 31. Reach 250 points and you're Priority; reach 750 and you're a Red Member, and you hold that tier for the rest of the year.
Tiers reset when the new year starts — reach the same threshold again to keep your status. Your points balance is separate and isn't affected by the reset.
Can I stack rewards?
One reward per order. Rewards can't combine with other discount codes, and the minimum spend shown on each reward applies.
Where do I redeem?
From your account page or the Rewards panel. Pick your reward, get the code, and apply it at checkout.
How do the free delivery rewards work?
Redeem 500 points for free 2-day delivery, or 1,000 points for free next-day delivery. Neither has a minimum spend — apply it at checkout like any other reward.
